Browsing and guest reviews
You do not need an account or email address to browse or leave a guest review. A pseudonymous cookie helps limit duplicate guest reviews. Technical request information may be used to detect spam and abusive traffic. Anonymous identity cannot be established perfectly.
Registered accounts
Creating an account requires a display name, email address and password. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Your email is used for verification, password recovery and essential account messages. Account registration does not itself subscribe you to marketing email.
Public contributions
Movie submissions, written reviews, scores and display names may be visible publicly after moderation. Do not include private information about yourself or another person in public contributions. Administrative review and important edits are recorded in an audit history.
Files and external platforms
Image submissions are checked and processed before publication. Submitted source information may be retained for moderation and copyright review. Watching a film on another platform is subject to that platform’s own privacy practices. Embedded players may receive information when you load or use them.
Account controls
Registered members can manage their reviews, export their account data and request account deletion from the account screen. Some contribution history, moderation records and de-identified catalogue information may need to remain to protect the integrity of the database or address abuse and rights complaints.
Profiles and community posts
Your display name, optional bio, approved fan creations, discussions and comments appear publicly. Email addresses stay private. A monthly contributor badge is selected by an administrator and does not grant extra access.
Site traffic
We count public page visits, referral domains and optional campaign tags. A keyed daily identifier helps estimate daily unique visitors; raw IP addresses are not stored in this traffic database. Returning on a different day counts again. Recognized bots, administrator visits and requests with Do Not Track enabled are excluded. Country information is recorded only when a trusted location source is configured. These counts are available to administrators.
Questions and requests
Use the platform’s reporting form to reach the administrator with a privacy concern. Avoid including unnecessary personal information.
